In linear bearings, shaft length is important in terms of rigidity. As the shaft length increases, resistance to vertical loads on the shaft decreases and vertical deflection increases. Deflection increases or decreases depending on the shaft diameter and the weight of the load to be carried. The way to prevent this problem is to secure the shaft to the aluminum part through the bolt holes on it and then to the body. TBR xx UU type linear bearings have high resistance, especially to vertical loads. It is a very suitable linear bearing system even for long distances such as 5 meters. A timing belt is generally used as the drive element, and TBR bearings are resistant to high-speed forward and backward movement. Unlike SBR bearings, TBR bearings have a slit on the side and a set screw, which allows the bearing and the connected part to be held fixed at a certain point. <\/span><\/p>\n
