Chrome Plated Induction Ground Shafts

Our chrome plated induction ground shafts are made of CK 55 material and have a surface hardness of 62+/-2 HRC. Especially in linear bearing housings, low surface hardness causes scratching on the shaft. This causes the bearing to be unable to operate on a clean surface and to interrupt its operation in a short time. The middle part of the shafts is of normal hardness and it is possible to reach a body of normal hardness that can be threaded by threading the center or by chipping the hard outer surface.
