Chromed Shaft Price List
Chromium plated induction ground shafts are the general name given to the parts that ensure that the bearings operate on a clean surface and consequently the bearings used have a longer life. These parts, also called chrome plated shafts, are produced from CK 55 material. In this way, the surface hardness of chrome-plated shafts is in the range of 62+/-2 HRC. It can be said that the hardness of the middle part of the chrome plated shafts is more normal compared to the surface hardness. Suitable for use in SK series or SHF series, which are aluminum bearings. Apart from aluminum bearings, they are also used in linear bearing housings to stabilize the surface hardness to a high degree.
Chrome plated induction ground shafts offer many benefits. Because they make the surface shell harder, the balls cause much less damage to the shaft as they move.
