Linear slides and linear rails are ground to bearing precision on their hardened surfaces to achieve a suitable form for mounting. The center holes for connecting bolts on the body section are stable and suitable for use with Allen bolts. Short bolt spacing achieves a very high cutting force with each bolt, connecting it to the machine body. Due to its square cross-section manufacturing, it exhibits resistance to vertical and horizontal deflection.
