Shaft length is important for rigidity in linear bearings. As the shaft length increases, the resistance against vertical loads on the shaft decreases and more or less flexing increases. Flexing increases or decreases according to the shaft diameter and the weight of the load to be carried. The way to prevent this problem is to fix the shaft to the aluminum part and then to the body through the bolt holes on it. TBR xx UU type linear bearings have high strength especially in vertical loads. Even at long distances of 5 meters, it is a very suitable linear bearing system. Timing belts are generally used as the driving element and TBR bearings are resistant to forward and backward movement at high speed. Unlike SBRs, TBR type bearings have a slot on the side and a setscrew bolt to keep the bearing and the part to which it is connected fixed at a certain point.
